What we do
We perform most of our repairs in your home. This makes the process faster and easier for everybody. However if we cannot repair your washing machine, dishwasher or dryer at your home, we may ask to complete the repair at our office.
In this circumstance we would remove and return your appliance to your home.
We do also accept repairs to our office. Sometimes circumstances mean that this is the simpler approach.
Our repairs are charged at a competitive hourly rate. We put an emphasis on value and carry parts for common repairs.
Live a little further from town? That's okay, we will happily attend to your repair. We do ask a little extra for travel, depending on the distance. Please don't hesitate to ask us about this charge.
